U.N. Secretary-General Kofi Annan said Monday that Muslims should accept the apologies offered over the published caricatures of the Prophet Muhammad and act with "calm and dignity."

You are 100% wrong, Mr. Annan.

How about this? How about Muslims apologize to everyone else? They should beg forgiveness for thousands of years of theft, rape and murder. They are the one's acting like spoiled children. The West must finally wake up and start dealing with these primitive screw-heads like a stern parent.

If somebody in the West wants to print caricatures of Mohammed find me the international law they are violating. Last time I checked, Denmark was a free country. Any acts of violence against innocent people in regards to this cartoon are nothing more than acts of terrorism.

If people specifically target civilians and non-combatants for the purpose of creating fear and causing political change it is TERRORISM.

Any nation where these fanatics are allowed to riot is nothing more than a state sponsor of terrorism.

Does anyone else see anything wrong with this picture? Are we all watching the muslims in the Middle-East explode over a CARTOON? This is 2006. Here we have a significantly sized group of people literally rioting and destroying buildings over a CARTOON. Haven't we evolved as a species? Or, by this kind of reaction, doesn't it prove that for all our wealth and technology we are but a collection of talking monkeys? If these people are indeed NOT savages can we get some sort of cultural or socio-political reason that they can slaughter innocents, behead hostages, and generally act in a sub-human manner with almost no reaction from the civilized world?

I think that the world community should level with the countries of the Middle-East. If you can't control your people someone else will. Just because you have oil doesn't mean you are excused from observing any decorum in the international community.

If we maintain the subtle racism of low expectations towards the countries of the Middle-East we will continue to be shocked and appalled at the primitive and bestial actions by the people who live there.
